The connections with all the great agents!
Why did you choose insurance as a career?
I accidentally applied for Johnson and Johnson thinking it was the baby company! I didn’t mean to get into insurance, but I am so glad I am!
What do you love about insurance?
I love that there is a space for everyone within the industry. I don’t know how anyone could get bored of it, because if you don’t like something about your role, there are SO many others you could try until you find a space that you fit well into.
What do you think about millennial/gen z stereotypes?
I think anyone can be a stereotype regardless of the generation they’re in. I think people overgeneralize certain characteristics in a negative light just because it’s different than the way they were at that age. There’s something to be learned from every generation, and it’s more important to focus on what the individual brings to the table than to group them into a category. I like the creative energy that millennials and gen zs bring, and I like finding ways to utilize technology to make my job easier.
