Attend the 2025 Young Agents Leadership Institute
The Big “I” National Young Agents Committee (YAC) is gearing up for an exciting Young Agents Leadership Institute (YALI), which brings together the brightest rising talent in the independent agency system for a one-of-a-kind leadership experience.
The event will start with a highly anticipated keynote by Juan Bendana. His keynote “Make Confidence your Competitive Advantage: Break Through Performance Barriers to Reach the Next Level,” will discuss how to unlock the next level of performance, shed old processes and adopt a new mindset. This high-energy keynote will help attendees identify barriers to growth and provide actionable tools to move through them with confidence.
Additional sessions include an Ask Me Anything panel, inviting attendees to inquire about all aspects of the industry, an AI Workshop focusing on automating daily operations, and a workshop focused on networking to build strong professional relationships. In between all the learning, attendees will have a chance to take line dancing lessons from local instructors and learn about emerging leaders’ programs nationwide during the State Idea Share.
