The Big ‘I’ Diversity Council Seeks Participants in the Right Start Mentorship Program
The Right Start Mentorship Program was designed to provide mentorship opportunities to individuals from underrepresented groups in the insurance industry. The six-month mentorship program provides each mentee two mentors: a seasoned agency owner and a carrier representative. Each mentor will connect with the mentee once a month throughout the program.
The mentorship program follows the Right Start Training Series, which offers four content areas: Understanding your agency operating style, employees as your key to increased productivity, preparing for a company visit, and yearly planning and agency goal setting.
