Outmarket AI Joins ACT

The Big “I” Agents Council for Technology (ACT) is pleased to welcome Outmarket AI as its newest supporting partner.
Outmarket AI is an artificial intelligence (AI) platform provider built for insurance brokerages and agencies. Its platform supports core commercial insurance workflows, including quote comparison, coverage gap analysis, contract requirements review, tower analysis and proposal generation. The company works with over 300 independent agencies across the country to help teams manage documentation, respond to clients and process routine transactions more efficiently, and just announced they have raised $34.5 million in Series B funding.
“Agencies are being asked to do more with the teams they have, and that means understanding which technology fits day-to-day agency work,” says Kasey Connors, ACT executive director. “Outmarket AI’s experience building AI specifically for insurance workflows gives our members a grounded perspective as they figure out where this technology fits in their operations.”
Outmarket AI was founded by Vishal Sankhla and Anshu Jain, who previously held product and platform leadership roles at Ethos, Meta, Uber and IBM Research. The company built its platform around the day-to-day documentation and analysis work inside an agency—reading policies, comparing quotes, checking coverage against contracts—with an emphasis on citing source documents. The solution integrates directly with the systems agencies already use, such as AMS360, Applied Epic, HawkSoft and ImageRight.
“Independent agents are the ones closest to their clients, and the right technology should make that relationship stronger, not replace it,” said Sankhla, CEO and co-founder of Outmarket AI. “We’re looking forward to working alongside ACT members, listening to what agencies need day-to-day, and sharing what we’re learning about applying AI to everyday insurance workflows.”
As a supporting partner, Outmarket AI will engage with ACT members on topics including AI adoption in agency workflows, agency management system (AMS) integration, and data security practices for AI tools that handle client information.
