vBots Joins ACT

The Big “I” Agents Council for Technology (ACT) is pleased to welcome vBots, powered by Coventus AI Solutions, as its newest supporting partner.
vBots is an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered automation provider for property & casualty insurance operations. A product of Coventus AI Solutions, vBots equips independent insurance agencies with AI assistants that automate high-volume, rule-based workflows, including policy renewals, document retrieval, certificate of insurance (COI) generation, endorsements processing and direct bill reconciliation.
“ACT members are asking hard questions about where automation fits in agency operations and how to approach it without disrupting what already works,” says Kasey Connors, ACT executive director. “vBots brings practical answers to those conversations, grounded in experience working directly with agencies on the day-to-day realities of policy management, billing, and servicing.”
Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Richardson, Texas, vBots was built to address the repetitive, time-consuming workflows that slow agency teams down. Delivering secure AI solutions to regulated industries is core to Coventus’ mission, and vBots deploys configurable AI assistants in 4-10 weeks, with agencies typically seeing a return on investment within approximately three months.
Its solutions cover growth enablement, policy management, client servicing, and accounting and audit workflows, with full human-in-the-loop transparency, so agency teams maintain oversight at every step. vBots’ intelligent assistants integrate with existing agency management systems (AMS), customer relationship management (CRM) programs, and carrier portals.
“We are excited to join ACT and bring practical automation to the independent agency community at a moment when the pressure to modernize has never been greater,” said Jude Ramayya, founder and CEO of Coventus AI Solutions. “Agencies shouldn’t have to choose between serving clients well and keeping up with operational demands. vBots exists to close that gap, handling the repetitive, rules-based work so agency professionals can focus on the relationships and decisions that require human judgment. We look forward to collaborating with ACT members on how intelligent automation can free their teams to grow.”
As a supporting partner, vBots will engage with ACT members on emerging topics, including AI-powered workflow automation in agency operations, policy management and servicing efficiency, direct and agency bill reconciliation, data integrity and AMS optimization, and strategies for scaling without adding headcount.
