I built a strategic market placement for commercial lines, and a coverage compare.

Please describe how you are currently leveraging the AI tool above at your agency. What was the main goal or friction point you were trying to solve for when implementing it?
We are using it to help improve quality and speed.

How did you find the tool or approach you chose, and what made you pick it over other options?
I have been playing with the business version of the tool.

What does your AI use actually look like day-to-day — who uses it, how often, and how long did it take to get going?
I use it most, I use it in marketing and for policy work, our commercial AE is beginning to use it.

What worked better than expected? What didn’t go as planned?
We have a baby step approach and it is working well. I am learning how to refine the tools. I wish it more easily integrated with our teams shared files.

What’s the one thing you’d tell another agent/agency who’s thinking about starting — and what do you wish someone had told you first?
Start small and controlled. I am the most tech savvy so i work with it first before giving anyone the keys to drive it solo.

Anything else worth sharing?
I would try small first and know adoption with this and all things is the hardest part. If you can get an early adopter to advocate for it it will make change management smoother.
