AGENCY MULTIPLE ATTENDEES DISCOUNT: Agencies that send three or more attendees will receive a $20 discount for each attendee. All attendees must be registered on the same form to receive the discount. Applied Automatically.

Cancellation Policy

Requests received within 30 days or more of the event, will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be issued for any cancellation requests received within 15 days of the event. Any approved refunds in full regardless of reason will be subject to a $30 processing fee.

No refunds will be processed for “no shows.” Any other requests for cancellation beyond these guidelines will be assessed by IIABSC and a refund will be granted on a case-by-case basis while following the policy specified below.

All cancellations/changes must be made in writing. IIABSC gladly complies with Title III of ADA.
