Our popular training series to help agents train new employees in commercial insurance is also a great refresher course for current employees. NOW A HYBRID course that participants can attend classroom courses in Columbia or stream them LIVE VIRTUALLY.

My Agency Campus (New Employee & Leadership Training)
We have partnered with My Agency Campus to offer online training for new hires and up-and-coming leadership that is on-demand, interactive, cost-effective and measurable.
Select a specific curriculum package based on individual needs. Exercises and quizzes provide an interactive learning experience and jump start. Individuals have four months to complete a selected curriculum, with each unit averaging 25-30 minutes.

IIABSC offers members and corporate associates opportunity to bring our quality seminars right into their own offices, often at a lower cost per person than attending our public seminars.

IA MBA program
The IA-MBA is a streamlined 10-week learning and networking program designed for independent insurance agents to learn critical skills that will drive real results. This program usually holds two session a year and pairs self-paced learning with bi-weekly live sessions with both peers and industry experts for real-time coaching and discussion. Participants have lifetime access to course materials.
