Company attendees

Company Reps who are not Palmetto Partners are still welcome to attend this event. You do not have to be a member of IIABSC to attend (IS THAT STILL TRUE), although higher fees and later registration access will apply. Company Reps who are not Palmetto Partners are not able to exhibit but full registration does include access into the marketplace.

Companies who wish to support our event at a higher level and increase their visibility can do so by purchasing an event sponsorship. See “General Sponsor info” below.

Palmetto Partners

Find Palmetto Partner attendee information below in “Palmetto Partner Marketplace & Benefits.”

Palmetto Partners at all levels have the option to sponsor one or more agent attendees for the Young Agents Conference. This benefit covers the entire conference registration fee of the attendee, however their hotel and travel arrangement must be made separately. Details below in “Palmetto Partner Marketplace & Benefits.”

See below for Payment & Cancellation policies

Palmetto Partners have two registration options at Young Agents Conference:

  • Register as a regular non-exhibiting attendee
  • Register to attend AND reserve/purchase a booth space, depending on your Partnership Level (see below).

Sponsor an attendee Benefit

The “sponsor an agent” option is a very important benefit and one that we hope ALL partners will take advantage of. IIABSC Palmetto Partners at all levels are able to choose one agent (or more depending on level) to send to the Young Agents Conference on behalf of your organization. This benefit covers their entire registration fee for the agent- a $225 savings- and is a great way for our Partners to support our SC agents involvement in our Big “I” YA Program! Guest/child passes and hotel arrangements must be made & paid for separately.

Agent members who have never attended the YA Conference already qualify to attend for FREE using the promo code: FIRSTTIMER when registering online. Be sure to share this information when you are visiting with agents! Your SPONSORED AGENT invitations can also be used to invite any agent non-members of IIABSC who have never attended this conference or ANY agents who have attended in the past and wish to return.

  • Diamond Elite can send two complimentary agents
  • All other levels: can send one complimentary agent

TO REDEEM: Palmetto Partners can contact their agent of choice to invite them and simply send them the link to register. Agents should select the option SPONSORED AGENT at $0 in the online registration form and should indicate the palmetto partner that invited them in the space provided. After registering, agents will receive a confirmation email with instructions for reserving a hotel room if needed.

PLEASE SEND THESE INVITES EARLY!! IIABSC is unable to refund a registration fee if an agent is already registered so we suggest that you extend your agent invitations ASAP.

Forms

  • Exhibitor Info & Guidelines
  • Onsite Exhibitor Order Form (Electricity & Internet, etc)

Exhibitors needing electricity or shipping will need to make arrangements IN ADVANCE directly with the hotel using the order form provided above. Any materials requiring shipment are the responsibility of the exhibitor. You will need to arrange to ship materials directly to the hotel. PLEASE NOTE: IIABSC and the hotel have no liability for the delivery, security, or condition of your packages.

See below for Payment & Cancellation Policies

Sponsors are recognized via the IIABSC website, the YAC event program, signage onsite, and social media platforms. As a non-partnering company—this is a great way to support the event and also promote your company in front of the YA audience.

MORE ABOUT INSURPAC

InsurPac is the political action committee of our national association. It complements our federal legislative program and allows us to discuss important issues with legislators, but its funds need replenishing before and after every election cycle.

InsurPac and political action committees are part of the political process, and as heavily regulated as our industry is, unfortunately it is a process we can’t afford to ignore!

Contributions must be made by cash, personal check or personal credit card. No corporate checks or credit cards can be accepted. InsurPac contributions are not tax deductible.

Payment Policy

Full payment MUST be sent with registration.

Payment by Credit Card only. If payment by check is needed, please submit a request in writing by email to sboan@iiabsc.com. Checks must be received within one week of registering.

Late payments will be subject to late fees or dropped booth reservations. Attendees will not be permitted to enter the event without submitting payment for all exhibitors and booth items.

Cancellation Policy

Requests received within 30 days or more of the event, will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be issued for any cancellation requests received within 15 days of the event. Any approved refunds in full regardless of reason will be subject to a $30 processing fee.

No refunds will be processed for “no shows”. Any other requests for cancellation beyond these guidelines will be assessed by IIABSC and a refund will be granted on a case-by-case basis while following the payment policy.

All cancellations/changes must be made in writing. IIABSC gladly complies with Title III of ADA.
