Associate in Insurance Account Management

Brush up on the nontechnical skills of account management with AIAM

Designed for account managers/executives, customer service representatives and office staff, the AIAM designation is a comprehensive program with the end goals of increasing retention levels and decreasing E&O exposures of your agency. To earn the AIAM designation, candidates attend six days of instruction, followed by a single open-book exam after all classes are taken. There is no time limit for completing the six days of study and classes may be taken in any order.

Maintenance: No maintenance required year to year.

We do not offer in person AIAM designation courses. All AIAM modules are now presented in a LIVE VIRTUAL format. Find upcoming course schedule and register using our online education calendar.

A single open-book exam is taken after all six courses are taken. Instructions on scheduling your final exam are included in course materials.

No refund for cancellations within 10 business days of a class. Any changes made once class is scheduled will incur a $10 processing fee. Changes made within 30 business days of the class will incur a $45 processing fee. Substitutions are permitted with prior written notification. You must complete the program in its entirety. Refunds will not be granted due to partial attendance. If you do not attend, and do not notify IIABSC 24 hours prior to the seminar, you will not be allowed to transfer your registration fee and will not receive a refund.

If you experience technical difficulties during the class and cannot complete it, IIABSC will transfer your registration fee to another AIAM Live webinar, but no refund will be issued. All cancellations and transfers must be submitted in writing.
