The Big “I” Fall Leadership Conference room block is now OPEN. Reserve your hotel accommodations online at our special group rates: $239 per night for a single or double, $259 per night for a triple, and $279 a per night for a quad.
You may also call the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor directly at (800) 774-1500 to reserve your accommodations within the “FLC” room block.
Reservations within our group room block will be handled on a space-available basis until rooms at the special rate are sold-out, or until our cut-off date of Friday, August 21, 2026, whichever comes first.

Ground Transportation Center Directions & Services
Directions:
- Exit the Main Terminal on Level 1 and turn right.
- Follow the sidewalk and pedestrian canopy to Terminal Garage 2. Overhead signs will direct you.
- The Ground Transportation Center is on Level 1.
Taxi Service is available for pick up and is located along the Arrivals/Lower Level terminal roadway, just outside of Baggage Claim. The taxi stands are easily accessible from Doors 5 and 13. Please note that this service is available only for rides originating at BWI Marshall Airport.
Cabs from the airport to the hotel cost an estimated $45 (does not include gratuity). For more information on airport taxi service, please (410) 859-1100 or visit the BWI Airport Taxi service website.
App-Based Ride Share Service Vehicles (Uber & Lyft) is available for pick up and drop off along the outer curb of the Departures/Upper Level between Doors #5-12. Crosswalks leading to the outer curb are located near Doors 5, 8 and 12. Fare and travel time may vary. Don’t forget to download your selected mobile app in advance.
