If a member agency or a staff member and their family has suffered a loss from the recent flooding in Kentucky and have unrecoverable losses, they can submit a grant application to the Trusted Choice® Disaster Relief Fund for assistance.

All applications should be signed, dated and accompanied by receipts and photographs to aid in the timely approval of your grant application.
If you would like to make a donation to help your fellow agents who may have been impacted by the flash floods and other recent natural disasters, you can make a donation to the Trusted Choice Disaster Relief Fund.
