It's time to conduct the Agency Universe Study, and we need your help!
The Agency Universe Study (AUS) is the most comprehensive analysis of the independent insurance agency system. It has benefited agencies, companies and others for more than 30 years. Conducted every two years and released by Future One, a collaboration of the Big “I" and leading independent agency companies, this survey identifies factors that influence the agency business environment and reveals success metrics behind building a strong and prosperous agency.
To conduct the study and ensure the quality and confidentially of the data, the Big “I" has retained Zeldis Research Associates, an independent market research firm, which has partnered with Forsta LLC, an independent market research software company.
Beginning the week of March 11, independent insurance agencies all over the U.S. began receiving email invitations to participate in the 2024 Agency Universe Study. We ask for your participation—please check your inbox and complete the survey. You can save your progress in the survey and return later to complete it.
Timing is critical, so please complete the survey by April 19.
And, to show our appreciation, once you complete the survey, you will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win one of our cash prizes, including a $1,000 grand prize, two $500 second prizes, four $250 third prizes, and five $100 prizes.
