The Big “I" and Keystone Insurers Group are excited to present the next Big “I" InsurTech Summit as part of the Keystone National Conference, scheduled for Sept. 10-13 in San Antonio, Texas. The tech-focused collaboration will take place on Sept. 13 from 8 a.m.- 12:00 p.m. Together, we'll bring experts to help independent agents demystify InsurTech. The sessions are designed to empower attendees with strategies to streamline operations and free time for what is important-- growing your business. 

Industry trailblazers will provide tactical action steps to best leverage sales and marketing technology. Join us and walk away with a future-focused mindset on how ChatGPT and AI will change how you do business.  

Keystone has graciously offered to open their meeting to any Big “I" member agency, carrier, or supporting partner that would like to join this engaging technology conversation.

Before founding InsuredMine, he served as the Global Director of M&A with CBRE, the world's largest commercial Real Estate Company, and manages M&A integration for all shared services functions. Raution played a key role in integrating one of the biggest deals for CBRE: the acquisition of GWS for $1.4 Billion.

Moe Latif is a co-founder of AgencyZoom, a leading Insurtech platform that provides innovative sales and automation solutions to insurance agencies. He is a seasoned entrepreneur with over a 15 years of experience in the technology space. Moe with the help of his partners and team have identified the need for better technology solutions to streamline the workflows of insurance agencies, which led him to co-found AgencyZoom in 2015. He is passionate about using technology to help insurance agencies achieve greater efficiency and growth. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, playing golf, and spending time with his family.

Marit Peters is the President and Executive Director of the Independent Insurance Agents of Texas (IIAT). Peters has spent the past 20 years working across various industries including insurance, healthcare, information technology, aviation manufacturing and association management. Prior to her current role, she was the Chief Strategy Officer for the Independent Insurance Agents of New Mexico. Her role affords her the opportunity to work closely with insurance agencies and companies to understand their current challenges and deliver proven results. She has also consulted with businesses across the country sharing her vision and proven tools to help businesses remain relevant and attract the next generation of employees and clients.

Jamie Peers is the VP of Business Development and Alliances for Synatic. With 20 years of experience in SaaS, he works closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to implement processes and drive growth. Jamie is focused on empowering his team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and develop strong business alliances internationally. He holds a Bachelor of Business Science degree in information systems from the University of Cape Town.

Steve and his wife, Karen, have two married daughters, but more importantly, seven amazing young grandchildren. They live in historic Franklin, Tennessee.

Chris Cline

Chris Cline is an industry expert in insurance with 25+ years of experience. He is a resource for perpetuation, mergers and acquisitions, agency operations, marketing and sales, and data and analytics. Chris assumed leadership of the Agents Council for Technology in 2022 and has experience in graphic design, marketing, sales, training, compliance, and personal lines leadership. He has a passion for helping agencies in areas such as perpetuation, hiring, culture, DE&I, data/analytics, the customer, information security, and technology. Chris also hosted the award-winning podcast Closing the Gap.

Mike McBride is the CEO of Mason-McBride Inc. and Mason McBride Capital Advisors LLC in Troy, Michigan. He has over 35 years of experience in insurance and financial services, and was recently installed as Big "I" chairman-elect. McBride holds a Bachelor of Science degree in insurance management and a doctorate in jurisprudence. He has also served on various committees within the industry, including the Trusted Choice® Board of Directors and the Big "I" Executive Committee.

Chip Bacciocco

Charles “Chip” Bacciocco is the CEO of TrustedChoice.com, the nation’s largest online marketing platform for independent insurance agents and IA insurance companies. Prior to joining TrustedChoice.com in 2012, Chip served in multiple roles over his 30-year career in the insurance industry, including as COO of Aon Private Risk Management Services, Inc., senior vice president of product strategy at Zywave and vice president of e-business application development at Arthur J Gallagher & Co. Chip is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame.

Paul Bessire

Paul Bessire has been working in predictive analytics for 15+ years. He has used data and technology to become one of the world’s foremost authorities at predicting sports and is now focused on doing the same with other industries. He currently works as the VP of Data for Coterie, an insurtech focused on making small business insurance fast and easy. Prior to joining Coterie, Paul was the VP of Advanced Analytics at AMEND Consulting where he helped middle-market clients – and some sports teams like the Cincinnati Reds and University of Cincinnati athletics – make more efficient decisions using data. He previously worked for Western & Southern, FoxSports and founded and exited his own company, Prediction Machine, which simulated real-time outcomes of over 100,000 events a year across over 100 leagues in seven different sports. Paul lives in the Cincinnati, Ohio area.
