Communicate with Coalition: Chat & Email

Through Big "I" Markets, registered agents access Coalition's cyber liability platform to quote and bind coverage, as well as work directly with the underwriters.

To discuss risks further, modify quotes, ask application & coverage questions, and maintain issued policies, a chat feature is provided on the platform to contact Coalition directly. Within five minutes, Coalition responds to the chat. Keeping the chat open is not necessary, as these responses are emailed directly to the agent for reply and documentation.

When not communicating through the chat, an email may be a more effective means of communication. Sending requests or information to the appropriate channel is crucial to getting the desired results promptly and efficiently. The information provided below will greatly enhance agent communication with Coalition for mutually beneficial outcomes.

    • Submit Renewal Questionnaires
    • Change Renewal Quotes
    • Remove Accounts from Automatic Renewal Status
    • New Quote Changes
    • Policy Endorsements
    • Cancellations (include "Cancellation Request" in the subject line)
    • Everything else!

Coalition's Incident Response Team is open 24/7 to help policyholders when an incident occurs. Agents should direct policyholders to report incidences and claims right away, via any of the following 3 means:

  1. Log into their policyholder dashboard to report, or,
  2. Use the chat on Coalition's website, or,
  3. Call Coalition at (833) 866-1337.
