Attracting and retaining agency talent is rapidly becoming a key issue for independent agency owners. To determine how agencies are faring in their talent acquisition efforts and to better understand needs related to talent recruitment and development, the Big “I” has partnered with Zeldis Research Associates, an independent market research firm, to conduct a study of all members.
Each member agency recently received an individual link to participate in a confidential 20-minute online survey. Agencies that complete the survey will be eligible for one of the following: one $1,000 grand prize, two $500 second prizes and four $250 third prizes. National urges every agency to participate in this important research so the association can provide all members with the tools to help attract and keep new talent in the independent agency system. The survey will close on March 30.
