Kathy Castor (D-Florida) and Blaine Luetkemeyer (R-Missouri) for introducing H.R. 4699, the “Continuous Coverage for Flood Insurance Act.” The legislation would allow for private flood insurance to satisfy National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) continuous coverage requirements.
