BEST PRACTICES WORKSHOPS TO FOCUS ON AGENCY GROWTH

Will Emphasize Development, Customer Service Excellence

 

ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 25, 2005—Developing producers and staff and creating a strong sales and service culture are key factors in increasing agency value. The Best Practices Management Institute, taking place on Monday, Sept. 12, in conjunction with the Big “I” Convention at the Hilton New York in New York City, will examine a variety of ways to grow your agency and create agency value.

 

The institute’s workshops, being announced today, are designed to foster agency growth and development, customer service excellence, and to highlight essential strategies for owners and managers.      

 

Big “I” CEO Robert A. Rusbuldt will open the Best Practices Management Institute on Sunday, Sept.

11. Joining Rusbuldt will be Bobby Reagan, of Reagan Consulting, speaking to the state of the industry, and author John Boe, speaking on improving sales effectiveness, making a good first impression, building a quick rapport, and more.

The Nuts and Bolts of Making Internal Perpetuation Work, with Tom Doran of Reagan Consulting, focuses on what agencies need to know to successfully perpetuate internally, and will show how some of the best agencies in the country have made internal ownership a reality and how they have used internal ownership as a competitive advantage in attracting the best industry talent available.

 

Secrets of Hiring and Attracting Top Talent, with speaker Daniel Abramson, founder of StaffDynamics, will give attendees a step by step road map of time-tested best practices and scripts that will maximize productivity and avoid costly hiring blunders in any agency.
