Big "I" Seeks Contestants for Ultimate Producer Challenge

COMPETE IN THE ULTIMATE PRODUCER CHALLENGE!

Cash prize, coaching sessions to be awarded at Big “I” Convention

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 9, 2007—The Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America (the Big “I”) is looking for producers with a special blend of personality, salesmanship and technical expertise to take The Ultimate Producer Challenge. The association is now accepting applications for the event, which will culminate at April’s Big “I” Legislative Conference & Convention in Washington, D.C.

Twenty producers will be chosen to compete in The Ultimate Producer Challenge.

Roger Sitkins, insurance sales expert, will join the producers for a day of competition, fun and networking. Sitkins is the president of Sitkins Group, Inc., of Fort Myers, Fla. The Sitkins Group has provided services to more than 2,000 independent insurance agencies, helping them to “force vertical growth” in their sales and marketing arenas while increasing profitability.

Throughout the course of the day, Sitkins will host and coordinate producers through a series of sales exercises and tests. Producers will be eliminated from the competition based on their performance, as determined by a panel of judges. The Ultimate Producer will be announced during the convention’s closing general session on April 27. Along with pride and prestige and bragging rights, The Ultimate Producer will receive a $2,500 prize and three 90-minute coaching sessions via tele-conference with Sitkins.
