The Women in Insurance Conference Series Forums consists of four, individual regional events designed to provide an environment for insightful discussions surrounding gender diversity in insurance, women’s leadership in the industry and the changing workforce of the future. Each conference features a unique slate of premier speakers and breakout sessions that provide networking opportunities with peers from throughout the industry.

“Gender diversity could not be a more important topic for the independent agency system and the entire business community at large,” says Robert Rusbuldt, Big “I” president & CEO. “The Big ‘I’ is proud to stand together with the IICF in support advancing this all too important conversation and look forward to an excellent showing from our industry.”
The IICF is a registered 501(c)3 organization that was established in 1994 and is directed and funded by the insurance industry. The organization helps communities and enriches lives by uniting the collective strengths of the industry to provide grants, volunteer service and leadership.

“The Big ‘I’ Diversity Task Force has been a wonderful partner of the IICF,” said Bill Ross, chief executive officer for the organization. “Their leadership, alongside all of our partners, is what will continue to drive change throughout the insurance industry.”

Those interested can join the Big “I” by attending one of the two remaining forums on June 17 in New York (Northeast Regional Forum) or on June 19 in Dallas for the Texas/Southeast Regional Forum. Information about these and the previously held meetings in Chicago and Los Angeles is available at http://womensconference.iicf.org.
